What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
All our orders are packed with care, we use resistant shipping boxes, not to mention our experienced package preparation team, avoiding as much as possible the damage of any equipment during shipping. In case this happens we proceed to a quick follow up, if an item arrives damaged, notify the damage and we will make the exchange, replacement or credit note.
Thanks to our commercial alliances with the different shipping companies we can provide support in tracking the shipment of your orders. The responsibility of the cargo is the responsibility of your logistic operator after it is delivered by us to your facilities. As part of the service we provide, we have the IMEI scanning and photographic record of each order prepared and processed.
